Commercial Store Renovation in Marília: An Architectural and Design Challenge

At our engineering firm in Marília, we are always looking for new challenges and learning opportunities. Recently, we were hired to regulate a commercial store with unique features: an exotic staircase geometry and a peculiar building shape.

The complex geometry of the staircase and the irregular shape of the building presented an exciting challenge for our team. To ensure a functional and aesthetically pleasing result, we dedicated significant time to planning and modeling the project.

Through a meticulous study of the space's characteristics, we developed a realistic architectural model that incorporated innovative solutions to the challenges encountered. 3D modeling allowed us to visualize the project in detail and ensure that all the pieces fit together perfectly.
